About the role
As a Senior Security Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships within private segment and public sector organizations. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic sales mindset, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, focusing on private and public sector clients primarily in Denmark – but secondarly could also be within Norway, and Sweden.
- Drive new business development, identifying and engaging key decision-makers in IT security.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Advise customers on cybersecurity best practices, tailoring BlackstoneOne’s solutions to their specific needs.
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, pre-sales and technical teams to drive demand and ensure customer success.
- Represent BlackstoneOne at conferences, industry events, and client meetings, strengthening our market presence.
About you
We are looking for a senior-level sales professional with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within cybersecurity, IT services, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, especially in the enterprise and public sector markets.
- Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and security professionals.
- Deep industry knowledge in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or attack surface management.
- Fluent in Danish and English at negotiation level
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, growing environment.
