About the job

As our new Customer Care Specialist, you will be a key player in our Customer Service Support Team. Your main task will be to ensure that our email support to customers runs smoothly and flawlessly. Together with the team, you will support and further develop the data solutions we deliver to our customers. The role requires both the willingness and ability to meet our customers at eye level and deliver exceptional service that creates lasting relationships.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide email support to our customers, including answering technical questions and guiding customers through our platform.
  • In the long term, offer technical support in connection with sales. This requires a deep understanding of our services, for which we will of course provide thorough training.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for our platform, including user guides and technical specifications.
  • Build and maintain a FAQ and support self-help to assist customers in finding answers to common questions and issues.

What you bring

  • You are pursuing a relevant education in Data and Communication, Digital Customer Service, or IT technology.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for technology, preferably in IT security.
  • Experience in customer service and technical support is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a dedicated team player.

  • Be organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Be service-minded with a natural desire to help others.
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Be solution-oriented and enjoy finding answers to technical challenges.
  • Have a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
